Greg Stock
Greg Stock, President and CEO, joined Mirage Networks in 2003, bringing more than 15 years of software success with him. Under Greg's guidance, Mirage has achieved 300% annual revenue growth, enabling it to become the acknowledged leader in the Network Access Control (NAC) market. Previously, Greg served as Chief Marketing Officer for e-Security. Prior to e-Security, Greg helped to propel Global Trade Management pioneer, Vastera, to the market leader with more than 10 times the revenue of its nearest competitor. Stock was instrumental in the company’s successful initial public offering in September 2000. Prior to Vastera, Stock had a six-year tenure with Supply Chain Management leader, Manugistics, as he helped the company grow to approximately $200M in annual revenues. Prior to Manugistics, Stock held key positions at IBM Corporation and Chrysler Motors. Greg has undergraduate and graduate degrees from The Pennsylvania State University.

Bill BockBill Bock
Bill Bock joined CenterPoint Ventures in April 2002. CenterPoint Ventures specializes in early stage high technology investing. Prior to CenterPoint, Bill served as president and chief executive officer of Dazel Corporation. In that role, he successfully managed the company's sale to the Hewlett-Packard Company in June 1999. In March 2000, Bock was also named an HP vice president overseeing both Dazel and HP's Digital Workplace Services consulting business. Prior to joining Dazel, Bock served as executive vice president and chief operating officer at Tivoli Systems. There he was instrumental both in the company's initial public offering and the 1996 merger with IBM. Bock's move to Tivoli in 1994 came after ten years with Convex Computer Corporation, where he last held the position of senior vice president of worldwide sales. He also previously served Convex as senior vice president of administration and chief financial officer. Bock began his career with Texas Instruments. Bill Bock also serves on the board of directors for Silicon Laboratories and is chairman of the board for the Entrepreneurs Foundation of Central Texas. Bock holds a B.S. in computer science from Iowa State University and an M.S. in industrial administration from Carnegie Mellon University.

Tim McAdamTim McAdam
Tim McAdam is a General Partner at Trinity Ventures, a Silicon Valley venture capital firm founded in 1986 and focused on building leading-edge information technology companies.  Tim has been in the venture capital  industry for fifteen years, and currently leads Trinity’s investment strategies in the enterprise software sector, focusing on systems management, security and Internet services.  He is an active member of the Board of Centeris, Mirage Networks, Sabrix, Sciquest and Tippit, and was historically involved with a number of technology companies including Cyclone Commerce (acquired by Sopra/Axway), IntruVert Networks (acquired by NYSE: NET), Hummingbird Communications (Nasdaq: HUMC), Fiderus (acquired by NYSE: EDS), Trident International (acquired by NYSE: ITW), VTC (acquired by NYSE: LU), JDA Software (Nasdaq: JDAS) and Webhire (Nasdaq: HIRE).  

Martin NeathMartin Neath
Martin Neath, helped build Tivoli Systems, Inc. (now an IBM company), into a multi-billion dollar software and service operation. He joined Adams Capital Management in August 2001 as a General Partner. Martin was the seventh employee and first application engineer at Tivoli when he began his career there in 1990, after working at Texas Instruments for five years. While at Tivoli, Martin was responsible for product strategy and development, marketing, customer support, product services and information technology, and was extensively involved in sales and customer service. Tivoli went public in 1995 and was acquired by IBM a year later. Martin served as Executive Vice President of Tivoli overseeing much of the company's day-to-day operations, including five business units (engineering, corporate marketing, customer service, training and education, and office of the Chief Technology Officer) and North American sales. In 1998, he was named a member of the IBM Senior Management Group (SMG), a team of the top 300 executives from around the world charged with the overall responsibility for IBM's strategy and business execution. After retiring from IBM in 1999, Martin helped build several young emerging-growth technology companies in the Austin area. He is a director of several private companies.

Howard SchmidtHoward Schmidt
Howard Schmidt’s background includes 31 years of public service in local and federal government as well as several years as the Chief Information Security Officer for both eBay and Microsoft. He most recently served in the position of Chief Security Strategist for the US CERT Partners Program for the National Cyber Security Division, Department of Homeland Security. He was also appointed by President Bush as the Vice Chair of the President’s Critical Infrastructure Protection Board and as the Special Adviser for Cyberspace Security for the White House in December 2001. He assumed the role as the Chair in January 2003 until his retirement in May 2003. Well-known for his industry leadership, he has testified before congressional committees on computer security and cyber crime, and has been instrumental in the creation of public and private partnerships and information-sharing initiatives. He is regularly featured on CNN, CNBC, Fox TV as well as a number of local media outlets talking about cyber-security, and is a co-author of the Black Book on Corporate Security.
